Speed or "Speed"[]
Immense Speed: Julius is extremely fast, as shown when he instantaneously appears ... He also instantaneously appeared behind Licht when reading the future, surpassing even his Light Magic which is the fastest among all magic types.
Could / Is his speed actually "speed", consequence of his time magic. He can stop time so he seems fast to the observer. It doesn't make sense that someone's base speed, or improved with lower level speed magic, is faster than the fastest type of speed magic, especially when used by someone as powerful as Licht, in a world where magic is everything (meaning more powerful, potent than physical). To back this up: " Novachrono noted that Licht's spells are able to outpace his own time magic. " If his immense speed is a result of his magic it should be explicitly noted - that also applies to everybody (all articles) whose immense speed is a consequence of their magic.
