Summary

In order of magic to reveal itself, the biggest one is to be born with the ability to wield magic. Another way is through diligent studying and unyielding effort. There is also the rare occasion that magic is obtained in the middle of a disaster or crisis. Most of the Magic Knights that are royals naturally have large quantities of mana and do not train or stand on the front lines to hone their battle skills because of their natural talent. Noelle has larger amounts of untapped magical powers, and through the hard training with the Black Bulls along with her desire to protect her siblings, she was able to break out of this predicament.

Both Solid and the elf notices that a larger amount of mana is condensing around Noelle. The elf then fires needles at Noelle but easily dodges it and charges towards the elf. The elf uses her magic to distance herself from Noelle, and thinks about how Noelle is capable of moving through the mana like swimming through water. The elf also wonders if this is because Noelle having complete control of the mana surrounding her mana, but Noelle is still no match for her.

The elf then fires more needles, while asking if Noelle can avoid them. As the needles get closer, the elf thinks about how if she can just make a small tear within Noelle's armor then the space will tear Noelle apart. As Noelle dodges all of the needles, she thinks about how all the suffering she had experienced was but a lie. Noelle also thinks about how she had been freed from a cage, and that she did not know using magic could be so liberating. As Noelle gets towards the elf, Nozel sees this and is reminded of their late mother. As Noelle manages to close the distance to the elf, the elf thinks about how Noelle was able to dodge all of the needles. As Noelle goes to attack the elf, the elf uses a spell to create a shield to block the attack. The elf tells Noelle that for all the dancing and flowing around the mana with such elegance and grace, she will send all her being to hell. As the elf prepares to fire more needles at Noelle, she tells Noelle to enjoy her trip. As the needle on the elf's shield suddenly starts to spin, the elf notices that Noelle has broken through her mana control as Noelle thinks about how whatever her magic touches is her domain, and tells the elf that she was not dancing elegantly. Noelle also says that they will resist them and move ahead no matter what, while piercing through the elf's shield.
